Hello! Welcome to Elizabeth Wylde Occupational Therapy!
Welcome

I am an Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience of working with neurodivergent adults, and adults with learning disabilities. I offer services to adults from age 18 upwards, this is currently on a one-to-one basis. I can also offer support or training to families, educators, and other professionals.
If you have a diagnosis of autism, ADHD or both, I can help you to understand and process your diagnosis. However, you do not need to have a diagnosis to access support from me. I can help you to reflect on your experiences, set goals, and grow and move forward with your life.
I am passionate about helping people to improve their health, well-being and, participation in daily life. It is important to me to be person-led so I will always work with you, using your preferred method of communication, and being led by your goals.
I understand that a diagnostic assessment can be helpful and validating experience, so if this is something that you want to consider, I am able to complete an autism assessment or signpost you to reliable clinicians for ADHD assessments.
As a person diagnosed with ME/CFS I am also keen to support those who experience chronic fatigue or burnout.
I have Enhanced DBS Certification, Professional Indemnity Insurance and am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT), and the Information Commissioner’s Office.
